Postage Policy

At Oatis & Honey, we hope you understand that we are a small business and we simply can not afford to cover the postage costs for our products. As much as we would love to do this and we do aim to keep our prices & postage fees low for our customers. 

The postage fees will be charged at the buyers expense and is charged in addition to the cost of your items at the point of checkout.

Lost, Damaged or missing parcels are the responsibility of the purchaser of the items. Once the order is in the capable hands of our shipping agent, Australia post, our sale is completed. If your parcel has not been delivered, is damaged or there are issues with the delivery of your parcel, the responsibility is in the hands of the receiver of the parcel. We will happily provide all parcel details including tracking and transaction IDs but we cannot contact Australia post on your behalf as the inquiry is between the parcel receiver and Australia post.
